Stacy Brown, a 1999 Auburn alumna, founder of Chicken Salad Chick and co-owner of Botanic, who has built an impressive legacy across the hospitality industry — will be honored at this year’s annual Hospitality Gala — the signature event hosted by students in the Horst Schulze School of Hospitality Management in the College of Human Sciences on the evening of Thursday, April 23.

The 2026 VEX V5 Alabama State Championship brought student robotics teams from across Alabama to Auburn University on Feb. 20 and 21. Hosted by the Southeastern Center of Robotics Education within the College of Sciences and Mathematics, the event showcased strategy, teamwork and months of student driven engineering design.
