About the Award
The William E. Hardy Jr. Leadership Awards are given to students who have an outstanding record of leadership and service. Recipients should demonstrate the ability to achieve outcomes that help promote the College of Agriculture and/or the food and agricultural sector.

About the Award
The Comer Medal of Excellence is awarded annually to three outstanding Auburn seniors — one each in agricultural sciences, physical sciences and biological sciences — who maintain either the best examination or the best class record in their respective academic studies. It is one of Auburn’s oldest and most prestigious honors. It is named for B.B. Comer, who served as governor of Alabama and is the namesake of Comer Hall.

About the Award
The Claude Hardee Memorial Award recognizes and honors the outstanding senior in the College of Agriculture based on scholarship, leadership and character.

About the Award
Student Marshals are selected by a college or school’s academic associate dean. To be selected, a student should possess qualities of leadership, citizenship, character, and have promise of professional ability.

The Dean’s Award is presented to a graduating senior each semester, recognizing academic excellence and service to the College of Agriculture.

About the Award
The Joel Hardee Award in Agriculture is awarded annually to recognize and honor the outgoing president of the Agriculture Student Council in the College of Agriculture.

About the Award
The Outstanding Student Award recognizes a student in the College of Agriculture who demonstrates outstanding service and contributions to the college and university. Selection of the outstanding student is based on college/university activities, research activities, community services, leadership and professional potential.

About the Award
The President’s Award is designed to recognize the outstanding graduate in each school or college who has completed at least three semesters at Auburn University with a minimum scholastic average of 3.40, and who exhibits outstanding qualities of leadership, citizenship, character and promise of professional ability.

The Club of the Year Award recognizes the club within the College of Agriculture that promotes itself, the college and Auburn University; exhibits outstanding achievements by club members; and demonstrates a willingness to help coordinate activities that are sponsored by the College of Agriculture and Ag Council.

About the Award
Dr. William ‘Bill’ Warren was head of the Department of Animal Sciences from 1957 to 1980. The Warren Leadership Awards were established to annually recognize an outstanding students in the Department of Animal Sciences for their demonstration of exceptional leadership in animal sciences through participation in extracurricular activities. Throughout his career, Dr. Warren was a leader in the animal industry in the state, nation and world. He instilled leadership qualities in his students and left a legacy of hard work, dedication to excellence and concern for students and learning. The William Warren Leadership Awards are made possible by his family’s generosity to continue his legacy in developing leaders in animal agriculture.

About the Award
Dave Partridge, a 1997 M.S. alumnus of the School of Fisheries, Aquaculture and Aquatic Sciences, was an avid outdoorsman, conservationist and naturalist who was passionate about all living things and recognized their importance to the world. Following his death in 2007, his parents established the endowment to provide annual scholarships to two SFAAS graduate students based on their GPAs, faculty recommendations and commitment to protecting and conserving the world’s natural resources.

About the Award
The Swingle Award recognizes the most outstanding master’s and doctoral students in the School of Fisheries, Aquaculture and Aquatic Sciences and is based on academic excellence, scholarship and leadership.

About the Award
Department of Biosystems Engineering faculty select the recipient on the basis of scholarly work, character and dedication to the biosystems engineering profession.

This award recognizes a student in the department who has demonstrated outstanding service and contributions to the department and college. Selection of the outstanding student is based on department/college involvement, leadership, research activities and service. The student must have completed a minimum of 55% of all credit hours at Auburn University. He or she is selected by the departmental scholarship committee and faculty.

This award recognizes a graduating senior in the department who has demonstrated outstanding service and contributions to the department and college. Selection of the outstanding student is based on department/college involvement, leadership, research activities, and service. The student is selected by the departmental scholarship committee and faculty

About the Award
Dr. Bob Brewer joined the Department of Poultry Science in 1969 and served as department head from 1987 until his retirement in 2000. Dr. Brewer was instrumental in establishing new scholarship endowments, which has had a lasting impact. He also led efforts to significantly improve the Department’s facilities, including significant expansion of farm facilities in the late 1980’s. A student that is nominated for the Brewer Service Award should demonstrate selflessness, a good work ethic, a dedication that goes above and beyond expectations and someone who is considered a team player.

About the Award
This scholarship was created to honor Dr. S. Allen Edgar, Professor in Poultry Science at Auburn University. Dr. Edgar was recognized as an expert in the area of poultry vaccine development and assisted with the development of guidelines for federal inspection of broilers. Award selection criteria were based upon publications, scientific presentations, academic achievement, awards/honors, and professional service.

About the Award
This award is being given to a student who has demonstrated outstanding leadership activities and academic excellence during their tenure as an ENVI student.

About the Award
Soils and critical for life on earth and an undergraduate who has demostrate a profound appreciation in the value of soils is a candidate for this award. The selected candidate is also a leader among  with a solid academic record.

About the Award
Crop plants provide food and feed for the humans and animals around the world. This award is being given to a student whose appreciation of crop plants has been documented. The selected winner has also demonstrated a capacity for leadership and academic excellence.
