Today, we offer 13 undergraduate majors and 23 graduate programs to produce the next generation of agricultural leaders. Our faculty also have appointments within the Alabama Agricultural Experiment Station and the Alabama Cooperative Extension System, where they produce innovative research and work hand-in-hand with producers and communities around the state.

- Home to one of the world’s leading fisheries and aquaculture programs, which has helped develop aquaculture industries in more than 100 countries and built a 1,400-acre research and teaching complex, the E.W. Shell Fisheries Center, dedicated to fresh and saltwater research.
- Partners with Auburn University Campus Dining to offer the campus community fresh foods through on-campus and near-campus hydroponic and aquaponic farms.
