The undergraduate minor in agricultural leadership studies will help prepare you for a variety of leadership roles in any sector of the global ag industry. The minor requires 15 credit hours, including at least 9 hours at the 3000 level or above. Studies include leadership of people and team, organizational and community change and electives in fields such as agricultural economics, rural sociology and political science.
