Facilities
The AFFC, located 150 miles from Auburn University in Greensboro, serves as a conduit for communication between the fish farming industry, Auburn University’s research and extension community and state/federal agencies to support the development of the aquaculture industry.

The Center for Advanced Science, Innovation and Commerce (CASIC) was completed in July 2013 and includes 21 lab spaces to support research from the colleges of Agriculture; Architecture, Design and Construction; Engineering; Forestry, Wildlife and Environment; and Sciences and Mathematics.
