JOSEPH HALE

Joseph Hale is an accomplished Account Partner Director at Salesforce, responsible for managing strategic accounts and overseeing Salesforce transformation professional services across core financial services products. With a focus on understanding customer vision, strategy, and goals, Joseph leads his team in delivering tailored solutions to drive business outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction. He has successfully led projects for over 40 enterprise clients across 11 industries and has a track record of exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional results.

Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Discrete Mathematics from Auburn University, Auburn, AL. Additionally, he holds a Data Analyst Data Processing Certificate from Columbus State University, Columbus, GA, and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with multiple Salesforce certifications, including being a 3x Salesforce Ranger.

With over 25 years of global experience, Joseph has held various leadership roles in organizations such as Qlik, Oracle (Insurance), and Verizon Telematics. He has proven expertise in multiple areas, including Principal Customer Success Executive, Global Application and Consulting Sales, Portfolio, Delivery, Program Management, and Technical Architecture.

Throughout his career, Joseph has received recognition for his outstanding performance, including the Presidents Club award in 2017 and 2019 and being named the Top US Services Sales Manager in the Americas in 2015 and 2016. He is also recognized as a Data Literacy and Product Roadmap Champion.

In his advice to students, Joseph emphasizes the importance of hard work with authenticity, creativity, and connection. He encourages students to recognize the value of transferable skills, keep an open mind, listen attentively, and prioritize continuous learning. Joseph also recommends reading extensively, citing "The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari" as a particularly enriching book.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family, engaging in outdoor activities like cycling, hiking, skiing, and yoga, and pursuing interests in baking and collecting vinyl records. He actively contributes to his community by serving as a Boy Scout leader and mentor in leadership programs. He also participates in advisory council boards for educational institutions like Auburn University and Dekalb Technology High School in the Atlanta metro area.
