Language Courses

The Korea Center - King Sejong Institute offers various levels of Korean Language Courses for students and the community as well as corporate education through an outreach program. The classes are held in the fall and spring semesters, and a Summer Intensive Course is offered to immerse students in both knowledge of Korean language and culture.

Culture Courses

The Korea Center - King Sejong Institute offers various Traditional Korean Culture Courses for students and the community. These classes are held in the fall and spring semesters, and subjects vary for each class. In the past, arts & crafts classes have included calligraphy, origami, Korean folk art and making historically significant items from Traditional Korean materials. Participants of the cooking class are not only instructed in the preparation of the food but also learn about what its significance is to Korean culture. Previous cooking classes have included traditional dishes like Japchae, Bulgogi, Jeon, Gimbap and more! All of these cultural courses are limited in space, so be sure to stop by the center or e-mail AUKSI@auburn.edu to reserve a spot.
