K-POP Party Application Terms and Conditions

The spring 2020 K-POP Party is a family friendly event. Costuming for the performance must be family friendly, and costumes that show excessive skin are prohibited. If a staff member deems attire inappropriate for the event, participant(s) may be asked to leave or change their clothes prior to their performance. 2020 K-POP Party is also a competition. All participants are asked to treat each other kindly and with respect. Any participant displaying aggression towards another participant shall be removed from the venue, and withdraw their participation in the event. Any group member aiding in a participant’s negative actions will also be removed.

I, the undersigned, wish to participate in the 2020 K-POP Party, so I hereby agree as follows:

Waiver of Claims
I hereby release Auburn University, its Board of Trustees, Administration, Faculty, Staff, Student Leaders, and all other officers, directors, employees and agents (hereafter “Auburn”) from any and all liability as to any right of action that may accrue to myself or my heirs or representatives for any injury or loss that I may suffer while participating the 2020 K-POP Party using the Facility. This agreement is binding on my heirs and assigns.
Hold Harmless
I furthermore release, indemnify and hold harmless Auburn from and against any and all liability, actions, debts, claims and demands of every kind whatsoever, specifically including, but not limited to, any claim for negligence or negligent acts or omissions and any present or future claim, loss or liability for injury to person or property that I may suffer, for which I may be liable to any other person, that may or does arise out of my participation in the 2020 K-POP Party using the Facility. I understand that Auburn accepts no responsibility for personal property.
Photo/Video Release
I acknowledge that as part of my participation in the 2020 K-POP Party that my pictures and videos will be taken by Auburn. I am fully aware that these photos and videos will be used for promotional purposes by Auburn.

Staff members will be available for assistance if needed. All Participants are asked to find a staff member if any issue or conflict arises for any reason and all staff members are given full discretion to assess and handle any given situation.
