Students
Appointments can be scheduled with advising offices, most tutor centers, and other student support offices through Advise & Assist.
Advise & Assist is located on the Academic Portals card in the My Academics section of AU Access. Students should have access to Advise & Assist within a few days of admission and submitting their deposit.
Faculty
Access to Advise & Assist is managed through Banner security.
Faculty can use Advise & Assist to send messages to students enrolled in courses they are teaching.
Professional Staff
Access to Advise & Assist is managed through Banner security.
Advising, tutoring, student affairs, and student support professionals use the platform for appointment management and to identify student success opportunities.
