Sharon Tatum serves as Specialist of Academic Assessment within the Office of Academic Insight. She supports the director in the assessment of student learning across Auburn University’s twelve academic colleges and 300+ academic degree programs. In addition, Tatum assists in meeting with all faculty and creating professional development events to support high quality assessment practices and learning improvement initiatives.

Prior to joining the OAI team, Tatum served as Development Coordinator in several Advancement units across Auburn University’s campus where she facilitated efforts to secure private donations and developed programs in support of those donations. Tatum is a two-time graduate of Auburn University, having both a Bachelor of Arts in Business Education and a Master of Arts in Education.

She lives in Auburn with her husband and two Vizslas, Miska and Louis.
