A meeting that involves the accused student and professor. If the student has indicated no prior violation at Auburn University and the student agrees that a violation occurred, sanctions that can be imposed are limited only to:
Academic Honesty Course
Resubmission of Assignment or Examination
Reduced Grade on Assignment or Examination
Zero Grade on Assignment or Examination
Reduced Grade in Course
After the meeting occurs, the report is submitted to the Office of the Provost using the Faculty-Led Report online Reporting Form.. If the student failed to disclose a prior violation accurately, both parties will be notified, and the case will be reviewed by the Academic Integrity Committee.
