Commencement Ticket Reservation

Graduate and guest tickets are required for all spring commencement ceremonies. Tickets are free and are issued by Auburn University. The following email contains important instructions for ticket reservations. Graduates can reserve tickets beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, February 26.
  • To ensure a fair and equitable process, all graduates planning to attend the May ceremonies may reserve up to six guest tickets.
  • In addition to the allocated six guest tickets, graduates may request an additional two guest tickets in addition to the six guest tickets. Additional guest tickets are not guaranteed and will be allocated based on availability.
  • The deadline to reserve tickets is Thursday, March 21 at 11:30 p.m. Once ticket registration closes, no changes to ticket reservations are permitted.
  • Graduates can download tickets beginning Monday, April 22.
  • All tickets are electronic and can be viewed on a mobile device or as a PDF. Tickets may only be scanned once. You can print your tickets or present a screenshot of your ticket or a downloaded copy of your ticket on a mobile device (not compatible with Apple Wallet or Google Wallet). 
  • All tickets are general admission only (i.e., no assigned seating). Seating inside Neville Arena is on a first-come, first-served basis including accessibility seating. 
  • The Auburn University Commencement Office cannot guarantee that those on the waitlist will receive a ticket. 
  • A set of Frequently Asked Questions is available on the Commencement Website.
  1. On Monday, February 26, visit https://auburngrad.universitytickets.com.
  2. Click the Login/Register Button. 
  3. Select "Graduates."
  4. Log in using your Auburn University credentials.
  5. You will see a box with your ceremony time. Click “GET TICKETS”.* 
  6. Your graduate ticket is automatically included in your ticket count. Select your guest ticket quantity (graduates may reserve up to six guest tickets).
  7. Graduates requesting more than six guest tickets may select a waitlist quantity (if needed). Waitlist ticket requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. 
  8. Once you have completed your reservation, click “Checkout”. As a reminder, there is no cost associated with commencement tickets.
  9. You will receive a confirmation email for your graduate ticket and your requested guest tickets.
      *Students with a double major will be able to select tickets for both ceremonies.
