The following email contains important information for all summer graduates.

  • Reserved tickets are available for download and sharing beginning Monday, July 21. Graduates will receive an email with detailed download instructions.
  • Regalia (cap and gown) can be purchased through the Auburn University Bookstore through July 14. If an order is not placed by then, graduates can purchase regalia for an additional $25 late fee.
  • Regalia is available for pickup Monday, August 4, through Friday, August 8, inside Haley Center near the main entrance to the AU Bookstore.

  • Review the Parking Map: Plan your visit to Neville Arena by reviewing the parking map in advance.
  • Ticket Access: Download all tickets before arriving at Neville Arena to ensure a smooth entry.
  • Arrival Time: Graduates must arrive one hour prior to the start of your ceremony (see schedule below). Doors open 90 minutes before each ceremony.
  • Graduate Entrance: Graduates enter through the Student Entrance, located next to the main entrance of Neville Arena.
  • Graduate Check-In: Upon entry, graduates will receive an official Auburn commemorative cord and pick up your name card, used for name display and announcement during the ceremony.
  • Photo Opportunities: Graduates may take photos on the Arena floor and have the opportunity to take a photo with Aubie prior to the ceremony.
  • Seating: Graduates are seated by college and may choose their own seat within their designated section.
  • Ceremony Highlights: Each ceremony includes the commencement address, conferral of degrees, recognition of academic honors, and the student procession.
  • Stage Procession: Graduates will receive a copy of the Auburn Creed as you cross the stage. Diplomas are mailed 6–8 weeks following commencement.
  • Ceremony Duration: Each ceremony is expected to last approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
  • Livestream Access: A livestream link is available on the commencement website.
  • Post-Ceremony Meet-Up: After the ceremony, graduates will exit Neville Arena and reunite with guests at the Meet-Up Tent, located in the parking lot.

  • All graduates have official photos taken with Aubie (optional), crossing the stage and with their copy of the Auburn Creed. These photos are taken by GradImages and are available for purchase.
  • Graduates and guests who register with GradImages prior to the ceremonies receive a 20% discount on all orders.
  • Photos are typically available within two weeks after commencement.
