Communications and Marketing
The Strategic Communications and Marketing team consists of professionals from various fields and works with college communicators and other professionals to produce high-quality collaterals that promote Provost’s Office units in alignment with both unit and university branding guidelines.
Team members are available to assist Provost Units in developing effective collaterals and materials. If we are unable to service projects in-house, our team will help identify external resources. Key Services include:

Due to limited resources, projects that may fall outside of these areas may result in units engaging additional creative resources.
News/Written Communication
The Strategic Communications team prepares news releases and stories for the university’s internal digest and external media outlets. Internally, the team helps define communication needs and recommends the most effective strategies to achieve their goals. The team supports the creation or administering of the following:
Campus Announcements: Announcements from Provost Units that highlights faculty, campus news and events.
CRM Communications and Marketing: The Provost Office manages Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including strategy, data management and efficient distribution of information to internal audiences.
Feature Stories: Assistance with feature stories and other special pieces for internal and external distribution.
Web copy: Assistance with framing and editing web copy provided by units.
