Overview

This half-day retreat will introduce participants to key university officers involved in the recruitment, employment, pay, and retention of faculty at Auburn University. Each officer will provide their role in Faculty HR and best practices/case studies for participants. All officers will offer a brief period for Q&A.

Attendees

Any university employee who initiates recruitment, employment, and pay requests for faculty members at Auburn University. Ideally, any employee with a PeopleAdmin Faculty role of Faculty HR Liaison or Hiring Manager.

Participants should leave the retreat with knowledge and understanding of their important role in Faculty HR activities. Participants will be presented with best practices, tips, and resources for their work related to Faculty HR.
