2. Charging party emails Provost’s Office to verify if the student has a first offense

   Is this a first offense?

   • Yes:
     • FLM Scheduled
     • FLM Held
       • Agreement Reached (move to option 7)
       • Agreement not reached (move to option 3)
   • No:
     • Charging party notifies student of intent to report the alleged violation
3. Charging party reports alleged violation using online reporting form
4. Charging party / accused student receives email from Provost’s Office
5. Charging party and accused student choose if they want a FM or CH and submit availability
6. Move to Option 2 or Option 3
7. Outcome Letter Emailed
8. Academic Honesty Process Complete
