Application Support

IMS Application Support provides technical consultation in support of the database requirements of the Offices of Alumni Affairs and Development. The primary objectives of Application Support developers are to maintain database data integrity, provide database interface support, and deliver accurate and timely data information through various software applications and portals. In support of these core functions, Application Support developers manage mass data loads to the database, provide customer problem resolution, support data analytics development and participate in organizational projects at various levels.
