• Will my Lowes For Pros Key fob will it still work?

  No, effective 05/01/2023 the key fobs will no longer work. You must have a Lowes For Pros Account set up under the university account. See Question #2 on how to tell if I have a Lowes For Pros Account.

• How can I tell if my Lowes For Pros Account is under the universities Lowes For Pros Account?

  Go under your “Organization Settings” and go to “Organizational Settings”, you should see Auburn University and the Pro Account ID# C94827E023 See the screenshot below for your reference.

  

• Do I need to make an account if I am only making in-store purchases?

  Yes, your AU-issued PCard must be set up in the wallet of your online account to be eligible for tax exempted purchases.

• What is the phone number that the Lowes For Pros Account is tied to for tax exemption?
