Solon Dixon Dorm Replacement

Project Overview:
The project will construct an approximately 12,000-square-foot, two-story, 64-bed residential facility. The facility will include new rooms configured as suites with two double-occupancy rooms connected by a shared bathroom. Additional project items include a new stand-alone storm shelter to account for the additional beds at the Solon Dixon Forestry Education Center.
