Quad Residence Halls Renovations Phase III (Keller And Owen)

Project Overview:
Phase III of the Quad residence halls renovation will include the renovation of Keller and Owen Halls. The project will renovate approximately 47,000 square feet of existing interior and exterior space. It will replace mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, upgrade furnishings and fixtures, renovate to meet current ADA code requirements, and replace all windows and doors, and upgrade finishes including floors, walls and ceilings. This includes dorm rooms and adjoining restrooms, hall kitchen and lounge space.
