Kyla Graba

Kyla is a graduate of Auburn University, where she earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She currently serves as a Specialist in Human Resources Administration and Strategic Initiatives at Auburn University, where she supports strategic planning, employee engagement, and organizational development efforts.

From 2017 to 2025, Kyla held the role of Manager and Preschool Head Coach at Auburn Gymnastics Academy. In this position, she gained extensive experience in team management, staff development, and effective communication. Additionally, she served as Volunteer Manager for Auburn University Gymnastics from 2021 to 2025, where she further developed her leadership capabilities, time and people management skills, and a strong focus on team cohesion.

Kyla is passionate about fostering positive workplace environments, aligning HR practices with strategic goals, and supporting the growth and success of individuals and teams.
