GOOD NEWS! There will be no premium increases for the dental insurance plan in 2022.
Auburn University offers a self-insured group dental program for eligible employees with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama acting as an administrator for the processing of claims.
The dental plan contains two options from which to choose. Both options include a 100% benefit for basic diagnostic and preventive services, including up to two dental exams per calendar year. All employees who enroll in one of the dental plans will make a commitment to be in the program for at least a two consecutive year period.
New for 2022: The Access Plus Dental network will provide access to dental providers throughout the United States. This network is designed to promote quality and cost-effective dental care.
