Conference Basics

The conference will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 2, from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.

A boxed lunch or salad will be provided to registrants during the keynote luncheon.

Snacks and drinks will also be provided during session breaks.

To close the conference, UHR leaders will answer FAQs that are not addressed in the breakout workshops.

Meet the Keynote Speaker!
Alicia Korten
CEO & Culture Catalyst, The Culture Company
Alicia is an award-winning author, national speaker, and CEO of The Culture Company.
She has trained and led culture initiatives for household names such as Levi’s, Boehringer-Ingelheim, the Ford Foundation and the United Nations.
Alicia grew up in Asia, and as a Fulbright Scholar, she spent time in Latin America working with the Embera, Wouaan and Kuna Indigenous Peoples in the rainforests of Panama.
She brings her decades worth of knowledge to lead interactive sessions with story-based methods, and innovative culture tools inspired by her diverse cross-culture experiences.
