Changes to Charters
Change Request for Scheduled Charter Services
All changes to charter services, whether before the service date or during the course of service, must go through the Transportation Services office email and may require an updated CSR Form be submitted to us.
At no time should anyone from the chartering department contact drivers, on-site supervisors, or any other personnel directly to request changes or modifications to services.
If the dismissal of buses is required during the course of services being provided, this can only be done through the on-site supervisor, who will coordinate with the drivers as needed.
The primary and secondary contacts listed in section one on page two of the CSR Form are authorized to submit change requests through the Transportation Services office. If the department wishes to authorize additional representatives, their names and AU usernames must be provided in section two on page two of the CSR Form. Only individuals listed in these sections will be permitted to request changes.
This process ensures clear communication and proper coordination for all charter service adjustments.
Additional Information
If the time a bus is dismissed is less than the three hour minimum, the chartering department will be responsible for paying for the full three hours per number of buses being released and all other applicable charges.
If the time a bus is being released is more than the three hour minimum, the chartering department will be responsible for paying for any time the buses were in operation beyond the three hour minimum, per number of buses being released and all other applicable charges.
We reserve the right to deny any requested change to services being provided.
