Thank you for your interest in scheduling charter services. Please read the following prior to completing the request for charter services.
To avoid a delay in processing our request for charter services, please review the following information:
- We only accept chart "A" FOAP information.
- Direct charging is the sole method of payment we accept.
- We will only submit charges to one FOAP per charter request.
- We do not bill outside vendors for charter services provided.
- We will only file a Department Error Correction (DEC) for errors made by our billing department.
- If a department submits incorrect information resulting in charges to that FOAP, it is the department's responsibility to submit a DEC to correct the error.
Charter Services are exclusively available to Auburn University departments and must be used for University puposes only.
We cannot reserve dates and times for charters without a completed CSR Form.
We require all directions, tour information, tour maps, and itineraries be submitted along with the CSR Form.
A separate CSR Form is required for each date services are being requested for, even if the details for each date are the same.

The spot time for any bus scheduled to provide charter services is 15-minutes before the charter's start time, unless a department requests an earlier arrival.
Requests submitted less than 14 business days (M-F) before the needed date may incur a Priority Processing Charge (PPC).
We do not provide charter services for the general public.
