Please Note:  In order to avoid a delay in processing your request for services, using only the most recent version of the form, as well as providing the passenger name, Banner ID number and cell number is required.                       ALL scheduling of appointments, appointment adjustments, appointment cancellations, and add-on appointments are required to go through jaunt@auburn.edu .
              We do not accept appointment requests via phone call or text message.

Ride Requests
We only go to locations found in the drop down list and between the hours of 7:40 am - 4:50 pm.  In order to ensure your on time arrival from one location to another, we require at least 10 minutes of travel time be allowed. 
   
Only one ride request form is required to be submitted whenever a set schedule for rides is needed.

                  Important Submission Information
                  All forms must be received in our office by 3:00 pm the business day (Monday-Friday) prior to when appointments are needed.  During times when classes are not in session, as well as for holiday periods or other official Auburn University closures, all ride request forms must be received by 3:00 pm the business day prior to the holiday or closure period.  Any form received outside of these times will be processed on the day we have reopened and will be scheduled to start the following business day.
