Tim Dorsey graduated from Auburn where he served as editor of the student newspaper, The Plainsman. He worked for various newspapers until August 1999, when he left the newspaper business to write full time. He has since published 19 novels in several different languages. His humorous crime books, written in a Florida style, have earned him a spot on the New York Times best-seller list multiple times.
