Michelle McKenna-Doyle earned a degree in accounting from Auburn in 1987 and worked her way up the corporate ladder, first in accounting and then in information technology. Eventually her love of football took her to the NFL, where in 2012, she broke through its glass ceiling to become senior vice president and chief information officer, at the time the highest office for a woman in the male-dominated league. In every office she has worked, McKenna-Doyle has displayed a four-by-eight inch copy of the Auburn Creed–a statement of beliefs that Auburn men and women are familiar with and live by.
