At Auburn, we often say you earn your degree in the classroom–but you get your education through Student Affairs. The lessons learned through leadership, service, community and challenge are what shape our students into confident, capable graduates. The Student Affairs Strategic Plan 2035 is our commitment to deepening those experiences and preparing students to thrive–on campus and beyond

Over the past year, we listened intentionally. Students, staff, families and campus partners told us what matters most: belonging, innovation, well-being and tradition. This plan answers that call. It reflects who we are at our core–grounded in purpose, pride and community–while boldly stepping forward to create groundbreaking opportunities for every student.

Rooted in the Auburn Creed and aligned with the university's broader vision, this plan outlines four priorities designed to enhance the student experience, advance innovation and scholarship, strengthen our partnerships and celebrate what makes Auburn distinct. It is the result of careful reflection, collaborative input and a deep commitment to student-centered excellence.

We are grateful for the collaboration and commitment that brought us to this point–and even more excited about what comes next. With this plan as our guide, Student Affairs is prepared to lead with purpose, adapt with agility and partner across campus to create a future worthy of the Auburn Family.
