The care and management of domestic animals—providing food, fiber, and recreation for humans—create a wide range of career opportunities for graduates in animal science. Our program will prepare you for a career in veterinary medicine, medicine, equine science, food safety, production and related areas.
Mallory Beck is a dedicated academic advisor at Auburn University's College of Agriculture, where she helps guide undergraduate students toward success in their academic and career pursuits. She holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Auburn University. In her current role, Mallory advises students on academic goals, course scheduling, and career planning while also being an active member of the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA) and contributing to various campus initiatives.
Outside of her professional life, Mallory is married to her husband, Jerime, and together they have a daughter, Hannah, and a beloved Yorkie named Charles "Barkley." Her dedication to education, leadership, and service makes her a valued member of both Auburn University and the larger academic advising community.
