There are many aspects that go into an amazing graduate school experience, such as classes, research, professional development and social opportunities like student organizations. On the financial side, there is more than just tuition and books contributing to the overall cost of attendance.
Beyond tuition and fees, your expenses in graduate school might include books and supplies, a computer, transportation, housing, food, insurance and other necessities. Students on any type of graduate assistantship (GA/GRA/GTA) may be eligible for a tuition waiver — see guidelines — but are still financially responsible for student fees each semester of enrollment. In addition, graduate assistants are automatically enrolled in the Group Health Insurance Program at a discounted rate, or can opt out with proof of equal or greater coverage.
In addition, the Office of Institutional Research publishes student fees for the most recent years.
