**If you are a prospective/incoming Auburn student or current student not registered with OA, you can schedule a Q/A appointment with an Accommodation Specialist by emailing accessibility@auburn.edu and using the subject line: Schedule Appointment.** Note:

Provide Appointment Request Detail Type
Choose (in-person, virtual, or phone) from the drop down menu and provide a Note or Concerns for appointment.
Check an Appointment Purpose
Select Your Availability.
Make a minimum of 6 selections. NOTE: Please avoid choosing availability on one day. Provide multiple days to better assist Accommodation Specialists with scheduling.
Cick Add Appointment Request
Your Request Will Be Reviewed
By your Primary Accommodation Specialist, who will then schedule the appointment, and send an Outlook calendar invitation.

Drop-In Hours
We offer daily hours where students can freely drop-in for assistance. These sessions are designed to be short and concise, allowing us to help as many students as possible. Common reasons for drop-in visits may involve topics such as the 4-Step Process to Register with OA, scheduling exam requests, or guidance on sending an accommodation request to instructors.If more time is needed, please email accessibility@auburn.edu to schedule an appointment.
