The AU WIRE is our content sharing and distribution hub. Posting content on AU WIRE allows it to be shared between colleges and campus units, on university media platforms like Auburn Stories and Auburn News, and on webpages via keywords.

How to Share Stories
Republish Stories

Republish stories available through AU Wire on your college or unit's site. The Office of Communications and Marketing allows all units access to content published through AU Wire and will assist with web support to enable content republishing.

Contribute Stories

Contribute stories and content to AU Wire for other colleges or units to republish, including on university-level webpages and in newsletters. AU Wire is within Cascade CMS. There are three intended types of content to be shared through AU Wire: stories, announcements and news releases.

Content contributors will need to be approved by a unit’s lead communicator and complete AU Wire training (link) prior to sharing content to AU Wire.

AU Wire Training
AU Wire tutorials (link) provide a step-by-step overview for using AU Wire. Content producers and maintainers interested in learning more about this tool should consider registering for additional training.
