Djenane Paul
Djenane Paul is the highest-ranking female in Auburn Athletics. Her title and role — deputy athletic director and senior woman administrator — means she not only works hand-in-hand with student-athletes, ensuring they are on a path to be successful, but she is also the right-hand wo(man) to Athletic Director John Cohen.
Shay Pilcher
Shay Pilcher took her natural inquisitiveness and desire to solve problems and found a home in the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering. She earned two engineering degrees and, with the help of Auburn’s New Venture Accelerator, started her own business, Archangel Defense, designing and manufacturing advanced tactical equipment for active servicemen and women.
Reagan Simmons
Reagan Simmons isn’t just a college student. In fact, she’s currently attending both Southern Union State Community College and Auburn University as part of the Path to the Plains program, but she’s also a business owner. The Auburn native manages her studies while operating Auburn Nutrition, a popular local venue for health shakes and energy drinks.
Tylan “Ty” Rudolph
Tylan “Ty” Rudolph is quite the ambassador for Auburn University and the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering. Not only is he a student recruiter, but he is also part of the Student Government Association, president of the National Society of Black Engineers and and ambassador for the Center for Inclusive Engineering Excellence.
Jessica Taylor
Jessica Taylor is an extraordinary leader who is focused on the Auburn experience. As the Director of Scholarships, Recruitment and K-12 Outreach in the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering, she creates positive relationships by developing creative events that engage both future and prospective students.
Dave Ketchen
Dave Ketchen is at the top of his game, having recently been elected a Fellow of the Academy of Management (AOM), the pre-eminent professional association for management and organization scholars, which selects only 1% of its members for this honor. Other honorees for 2023 include professors at Harvard, Illinois, Northwestern, Stanford and Wharton.
Angie Burque
Angie Burque makes sharing her personal experiences and knowledge of social work with the next generation look easy. The Director and Founder of Braveheart celebrates inclusivity and the human touch, making her an #Auburn Mover and Shaker.
L. Nick Davis
L. Nick Davis is probably best known around Auburn as the owner of Momma Goldberg’s. His actual title is CEO, CMO and majority shareholder of Momma G’s, Inc., the franchisor of Momma Goldberg’s Delis, but Davis is much more than a successful businessman. He’s a proud Auburn University alumnus and contributor to many areas across the Auburn campus.
