Young Professionals in Training (YPiT) is a college pipeline program that exposes underserved students in 7th–12th grade to college and professional careers. YPiT focuses on professional development, academic excellence and increasing exposure to college and multiple careers. Students meet once a month to discuss different career areas, serve their communities, participate in Social & Emotional learning exercises and so much more. We provide mentoring from current undergraduate students at Auburn University, opportunities for civic engagement and college and career preparation. The goal of YPiT is to empower the participants and offer a pathway to Auburn University and prepare them to become successful and productive citizens.
