Outreach Information Technology provides support for all departments within University Outreach. Our team assists with technical problems, webpage updates, employee access to internal resources, security issues and more technical areas. We are also home to the CEU Office, handling the certification and reporting for all Continuing Educations Units at the University. Auburn University outreach units, schools, college departments and faculty document their outreach activities through the Outreach Information Technology and CEU Office. The CEU Office houses AU's permanent records on continuing education programs and provides official copies of Continuing Educations Units (CEUs) awarded to qualified participants.

Required Processes for New Employees
If you are a new Auburn University Outreach employee or are hiring a new employee, the following forms must be submitted to allow access to internal resources.

Submit this form at any time to activate, deactivate or modify an employee's access to University Outreach and AU resources.

New University Outreach employees are required to read and adhere to all Auburn University Policies. Any violation of said policies may result in termination of employment. Review all Auburn University and Outreach IT policies and submit the agreement form here:
