  • Enzyme inhibition

Mansour Alturki’s research focuses on the design and synthesis of highly selective DNA alkylators as anticancer agents. Agents that show high DNA sequence selectivity offer great therapeutic potentials in cancer treatment and other genetic disorders. The discovery of new selective DNA alkylators will produce highly effective drugs with less adverse effects.
