Katherine is an Illinois native. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois and her Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Kent State University. Her clinical experience includes work with juvenile sex offenders and at-risk youth and families. Prior to her tenure in Student Affairs, she spent three years working in the Psychology Department at Auburn University. She joined Student Affairs in the fall of 2011, where she oversees the Auburn Cares office and its initiatives and works with students and families in crisis.

Nick brings twenty years of professional experience to his position as the Director of Student Conduct. He started his career at Western Kentucky University, serving as the Coordinator for Housing and Residence Life and the Student Conduct Officer for the Division of Student Affairs. In 2009, he was hired as the Area Director for Housing and Residence Life at Auburn University. Nick has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in College Student Personnel Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. Nick is responsible for providing leadership for Student Conduct, supervising the Student Conduct Coordinators and overseeing the student and student organization conduct processes.

Originally from Enterprise, Alabama, Ken attended Auburn University until his graduation in 2009 when he received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Since that time, Ken has held multiple roles working in property management and student housing, where he worked closely with students to aid in their navigation of the challenges of life away from home.

Carrie is originally from Waco, Texas. She received her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Baylor University and Master’s degree in College Student Personnel from the University of Tennessee. Carrie’s previous work experience includes working in Student Life at Austin Community College and University Housing at the University of Houston. Carrie joined the Auburn Cares team in 2020. In her role with Auburn Cares, Carrie oversees the Campus Food Pantry, Safe Harbor victim advocacy program and outreach efforts for the Auburn Cares office.

Jenny was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Family Social Science and a Master’s degree in Family Education from the University of Minnesota. Jenny received an additional Master’s degree in Educational Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. She has many years of experience in the public school sector working with students, families and staff in the role of school counselor. In the fall of 2023, Jenny joined the Auburn Cares team to provide case management and support services for students who are navigating difficult or complex situations.

Isabelle grew up in Mobile, Alabama. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Mobile and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Auburn University. Isabelle has experience working with high school and college students, domestic violence survivors, and young adults with disabilities. She currently provides support for students in crisis at the Auburn Cares office.

Reagan grew up right outside of Montgomery, Alabama. She received both her Bachelor's degree in Political Science and her Master's degree in Social Work from Auburn. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and families in crisis as well as developing and implementing new policies for child welfare agencies nationally. Reagan is a Licensed Master of Social Work and currently supports students navigating through challenging situations and crises. Reagan also assists in the medical withdrawal process.

Allie is from the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies and Master’s degree in Social Work both from Auburn University. Allie has experience working with children and adults who have experienced abuse or neglect, and college students who are in crisis or complex situations. In her current role, Allie oversees the medical withdrawal process.

Asmita is originally from New Delhi, India. She is currently a third-year Ph.D. student in Counseling Psychology at Auburn University. She received her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Illinois University. She has previously worked with clients in hospital settings, college counseling centers, and community mental health with a wide range of presenting concerns. Prior to her role at Safe Harbor, Asmita was a graduate assistant with SERC, teaching undergraduate-level psychology courses in the department. In her role with Auburn Cares, Asmita intends to spread awareness and extend resources to survivors of power-based violence via collaboration and outreach efforts.

Originally from the Bronx, NY, Matthew received Bachelor’s degrees in both Human Resources and Agricultural Business & Economics from Auburn University. He is currently an officer in the Alabama Army National Guard. In his position he is the administrative support for Student Conduct.
