Hello! My name is Abby Wilson, and I am a senior at Auburn University, majoring in Event Management with a deep passion for hospitality. Recently, I passed my Level 1 Sommelier Exam, fueling my love for wine and the goal of building a career in the wine industry. I thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and am eager to find a role that allows me to blend my expertise in events with my appreciation for wine. During my time at Auburn, I have gained invaluable hands-on experience at the James Beard-nominated Acre restaurant, where I have worked my way up from a host to a bartender and the events intern. Additionally, I worked as an events intern at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, assisting in planning and executing corporate events and weddings. These roles have strengthened my ability to create exceptional guest experiences. I love traveling and have studied abroad, broadening my global hospitality perspective. I am excited to combine my love for wine, hospitality, and travel in my future career.
