My name is Ashlee Abbott, and I am a senior in the Hospitality Event Management program. I am originally from Pelham, Alabama, but I have been lucky to call Auburn my home for the past three years. When I first started college, I had no idea what I wanted to do. I started my college career at the University of Montevallo; after two years, I discovered the Hospitality program at Auburn and quickly transferred in Fall 2021. I knew event planning was a real job once I found this program. I have already helped plan and execute various events in and outside the program. Since I've been here, I have fallen in love with every aspect of event planning, and I cannot wait to see what my future holds. The Hospitality Gala will be extraordinary this year, and I am so excited to help plan and execute this event!
