My name is Amiya Rodgers, and I am a senior in Event Management with minors in Business Administration and Psychology. Although originally from Ohio, Alabama has been my home for quite some time. My journey in Hospitality has taken me through various roles, from working in several restaurant positions to working on the operations side as a Banquet Captain to even working on the sales side as an Event Planning intern. What I find most fulfilling about working events is being a part of those special moments in people's lives. From orchestrating seamless operations to crafting unforgettable experiences, my diverse background has equipped me with a unique skill set in the hospitality industry. I am thrilled to contribute to planning the upcoming Hospitality Gala in April and see what new things I learn from this event!
