Hey y'all! My name is Sophie Arnett and I'm from Gadsden, Alabama with a major in Event Management. What I love about hospitality is the vastness of career opportunities and that is what drew me to join our Hospitality Management program. I am currently interning with our Athletic Department on the Event Management team and am learning about the behind scenes operations of sporting events. Upon graduation, I plan on obtaining a job with a professional sports team joining the event operations team. Assisting with the gala will give me more crucial event experience I can carry with me during my internship and future career. I am so excited to be a part of this year's Gala and to make a memorable experience for all involved! War Eagle!
