My name is Sally Owen, and I am a senior studying Event Management with a minor in Business. I am originally from Auburn, Alabama, and have always dreamed of attending school here. I am so thankful to attend a school that is intentional and pushes me to succeed in my future career. Graduating with a degree from the Horst Shultze School of Hospitality I have had the opportunity to have hands-on experiences with planning and marketing upcoming events. These experiences, combined with my education, give me the confidence to thrive in the industry. I love the creative side of events and watching them come to life. One of my favorite and most exciting experiences has been joining the team that plans and executes The Hospitality Gala. I cannot wait to work on this event with my classmates and see our hard work come to fruition in April!
