On Feb. 11, 2025, the Auburn University Greek community gathered at the Student Activities Center for its most anticipated event of the year, the Greek Excellence Awards. More than 200 fraternity and sorority members, advisors, and university staff attended the ceremony, which honored the outstanding achievements of Auburn’s Greek community in 2024.
Hosted by Gabby Campos of Alpha Omicron Pi and Feb Aba of Sigma Chi—both leaders in the Greek community—the event celebrated excellence across a variety of categories. The evening recognized chapters and individuals for their dedication to leadership, scholarship, service, and collaboration.
The ceremony highlighted the remarkable contributions of Auburn’s Greek community in 2024. Over the past year, fraternity and sorority members dedicated more than 61,000 hours to community service and raised $1.4 million for charitable causes.
Lindsay Holdren, Director of Greek Life, shared, “The Greek Excellence Award program celebrates the students in our fraternity and sorority community who have gone above and beyond to exemplify Greek Life’s core values of scholarship, service, philanthropy, and friendship. Recognizing students for their leadership, hard work, and commitment to their fraternity and sorority was an honor. Greek Life is proud of the work our community is doing!”
The Greek Excellence Awards continue to be a testament to the hard work and dedication of Auburn’s fraternities and sororities, recognizing those who go above and beyond to strengthen their chapters, their university, and the surrounding community.
