Final Leading People cohorts for 2025 now open

Auburn’s Leading People program invites all supervisors (full-time, part-time, temporary and student employees) to take the next step in their leadership journey. 

Leading People is designed to help supervisors strengthen their leadership skills, improve their communication strategies and empower their teams. Supervisors who complete this free program will walk away with proven strategies to encourage, enable and develop their employees, and a renewed sense of purpose and connection to Auburn’s Core Values and Leadership Principles. 

Time is running out to join the final cohorts of 2025. Seats are limited and they’re going fast:

• Cohort 15: Tuesday mornings beginning Sept. 23
• Cohort 18: Thursday afternoons beginning Sept. 25
