
Registered forester and timber investment expert Marc Walley has been named the Earl H. and Sandra H. Weaver Professor at Auburn's College of Forestry, Wildlife and Environment. In this role, Walley will advance the college’s forestry teaching, research and scholarship.

After retiring in 2020, Ken's passion for the natural resources field did not fade. He championed inclusivity by establishing an endowed scholarship for African American students, ensuring future generations can forge their own paths in natural resources. Today, Ken serves on the CFWE advisory council, his leadership and generosity a testament to his unwavering commitment to the college.
