College of Human Sciences students in the Hospitality Honor Society Eta Sigma Delta, the Department of Nutritional Sciences and Auburn’s ROTC programs teamed up for a healthy cooking demonstration with the overall purpose to provide high quality nutrition education using easy, sustainable ingredients.

Students look to Auburn Outdoors as a means to be active outdoors, whether it's by renting a bicycle or kayak or taking a trip to go whitewater rafting or zipling. Such activities are good for their physical health, but also promote mental health, whether students realize it or not.
