I chose Hotel and Restaurant Management because I love the idea of getting to work with people all day.  I love hands on work and interacting closely with not only my colleagues, but also with guests as well.  Wherever I end up working, I look forward to being a positive part of people's lives whether they are visiting for business or they choose to spend their most special occasions with me.

I decided to major in hotel and restaurant management because I am really interested in the event planning side of the industry. Ever since I was little I have been fascinated with all of the planning and organization that goes into special events. My dream job is to one day plan celebrity events and weddings.
