What is the Marriage and Family Therapy Center? The center is a marriage and family therapy training clinic that provides |

Will anyone know that we are coming to the center? Not unless you tell them. What goes on in session is a very private and confidential matter. Therapists are bound by ethics not to disclose information given them. |

How do we make an appointment? Call
334.844.4478 and tell the receptionist you wish to make an appointment. Basic information
will be obtained from you and an appointment will be scheduled. Both daytime
and evening appointments
are usually available.

Who is in charge of the center? The Center is part of Auburn University's Marriage and Family Therapy Program and is administered by the Department of Human Development and Family Science in the College of Human Sciences. |

How long does therapy last? Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes. People are different in the way they manage difficulties. Sessions may go on for several weeks or several months. Appointments are usually made on a weekly basis. |

How much will the service cost?
A sliding scale fee based on family size and income is charged. |
