Ken Day’s journey began within the halls of Auburn University’s College of Forestry, Wildlife and Environment in 1976, igniting a passion that fueled over 42 years of dedicated federal service. After retiring in 2020, Ken's passion for the natural resources field did not fade. He championed inclusivity by establishing an endowed scholarship for African American students, ensuring future generations can forge their own paths in natural resources. Today, Ken serves on the CFWE advisory council, his leadership and generosity a testament to his unwavering commitment to the college.
